2) Eligibility & Age Verification (18+ Only)
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or purchase any products.
We operate a strict age-verification policy and may check your details via third-party databases (1 Account) or request approved ID.
Orders may be cancelled if satisfactory age verification is not obtained.
Age-verified delivery (adult signature / ID check) may be required.
It is a criminal offence to purchase, attempt to purchase, or buy on behalf of anyone under 18.
3) Product Compliance & Safety Information
Our nicotine-containing e-liquids and refill containers comply with UK law under the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR).
Products:
Nicotine strength ≤ 20 mg/ml
Container size: ≤ 10 ml (nicotine e-liquids) and tanks/pods ≤ 2 ml
Include warnings, leaflets & contact details, and are notified to UK authorities
Always follow manufacturer’s instructions & safety guidance

4) Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account details safe.
Report any unauthorised use or security breach immediately.
5) Ordering, Acceptance & Contract Formation
Adding items to your basket does not reserve stock.
Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs only when we dispatch and send confirmation.
Orders may be cancelled due to age verification failure, stock issues, pricing error, or suspected fraud.
Payments taken for cancelled items will be refunded.
6) Prices, VAT & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated.
Payment is processed at checkout or on dispatch.
In case of pricing errors, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel.
7) Delivery, Risk & Title
Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery; title transfers only when full payment is received.
8) Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Consumers have a 28-day cooling-off period from delivery.
Notify us and follow the returns process. Goods must be returned within 28 days.
Refunds (including standard delivery) are processed within 14 days of return.
Deductions may apply for handling damage.
❌ No returns on opened e-liquids, used coils/pods, or unsealed mouthpieces (unless faulty).
9) Faulty, Misdescribed or Damaged Items
Covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Report faults or misdescription promptly with order number & evidence (photo/video).
Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
10) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
Cannot be used with other offers unless stated.
Promotions may be withdrawn anytime.
Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable (unless required by law).
11) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Purchase for or supply to under-18s.
Resell in bulk without written consent.
Introduce malware, interfere with or scrape the website.
Breach advertising/marketing restrictions on e-cigarettes.
12) Content, IP & Linking
All website content is owned/licensed by us and protected under IP law.
No copying or use without consent.
You may link to our homepage legally and fairly, without misrepresentation.
13) Advertising & Marketing Compliance
We comply with UK Advertising Codes for e-cigarettes.
Marketing does not target under-18s.
No health/cessation claims unless for licensed medical products.

15) Battery & E-liquid Care; Health & Safety
Use only compatible chargers. Never leave charging unattended.

Keep e-liquids away from children/pets. Wash thoroughly after contact.
16) Our Liability
Nothing limits/excludes liability for death, injury, fraud or non-excludable legal responsibilities.
Not liable for unforeseeable losses or business losses when purchasing as a consumer.
17) Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays/failures caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier disruption, strikes, extreme weather, regulation changes).
18) Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated.
The version live on the Website at the time of order applies.
Material changes will be highlighted.
19) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by laws of England & Wales.
