At RO Vape, your satisfaction comes first. Whether you buy vape products online in the UK, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, our simple returns & refund policy ensures a smooth process.

Returning Vape Products

If you no longer want your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition.

Conditions:

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • Must be unused, undamaged, and resalable

Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
This applies to:

  • Regular items

  • Vape clearance sales

  • Bundle deals

  • Discounted products

Note: Delivery costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following vape products cannot be returned (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Opened bottles of e-liquid / vape juice

  • Vape coils and pods (consumables/perishables)

  • Personalised or custom vape products

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds will always be issued back to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card → Refunded directly to your card

  • Gift Card / Store Credit → Added back to your RO Vape account

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days (bank times may vary).

Returning a Non-Faulty Product (Change of Mind)

Shopping with RO Vape online means you’re covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind.

Conditions:

  • Product must be in a sellable condition (unused, with original packaging).

  • If only part of the order is returned, we’ll refund only those items.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage on non-faulty returns.

  • Items faulty/damaged on arrival → full refund & return shipping covered by us.

Returning a Faulty Vape Product

At RO Vape UK, we understand products may sometimes develop a fault. That’s why we offer a 6-month warranty on most items (excluding coils & e-liquids).

Our process:

  • Troubleshooting support from our team.

  • If faulty → we’ll provide a refund, repair, or exchange.

  • UK customers receive a free returns label.

⚠️ Important notes:

  • Coils and e-liquids are consumables → not covered by warranty.

  • Returns for change of mind accepted within 30 days (customer covers postage).

  • Faulty/damaged items must be reported within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty/damaged.
